Duckpin balls are about half the size of a regular bowling ball and have no finger holes so you can roll them with your palm. Duckpins are arranged in a triangle like in adult bowling, and are shorter and lighter, making it much more difficult to get a strike. Since duckpin is more difficult, bowlers get three rolls per frame.
Duckpin bowling is smaller doesn’t mean it’s easier. Believe it or not, there has never been a certified perfect 300 game in duckpin bowling. Ever.
